1. “Account” means the account associated with your email address or number.
2. “Inactive Account” means a User Account that has not been logged into for a 6-month period, or other period determined by us from time to time.
3. “You or User”– A user of the Conpush Tech Farm, including the service provider.
4. “Conpush App”– The Conpush Mobile app.
5. “Service Provider”– An independent person/body contracted to link farmers to buyers using our Conpush Application.

1. By accessing the App, you agree to the following terms with Conpush Tech Farm Ltd.
2. Conpush is a virtual and mobile app. The Services constitute a technology platform that enables farmers to make their products available to buyers who will buy product based on the need and want on the App.
3. We may amend these Terms and any linked information from time to time by posting amended terms on the Website, without notice to you.
4. Service Providers must register for an Account in order to make their farm produced avalaible to buyers. The App enables Users to access farm produced. Conpush App’s role shall be limited to facilitating the engagement between the service provider and the buyer strictly as provided therein. 5. We may, from time to time, and without notice, change or add to the App or the information, products, or services described in it. We are not liable to you or anyone else if any error occurs in the information on the Website or if that information is not current.

Lawfulness: Fairness and Transparency in relation to the data. This means Conpush must inform data subject what processing will occur; the processing must match the description given to the data subjects.

Purpose Limitation: Personal data shall be collected for specified, explicit and legitimate purpose and not further processed in a manner that is incompatible with this purpose. This means Conpush must specify exactly what the personal data collected will be used for and limit the processing of that personal data to only what is necessary to meet the specified purpose.
